West Hills men,
Mark your calendar for November 10-12 so you can attend the Men’s Conference at the Koinonia Conference Grounds in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
Glenn Ripley is returning as this year’s primary speaker and he will be teaching and applying a theology of work to the life of men. In addition, we will be addressing other manly topics in breakout sessions such as leading your family in worship and how to competently divide the Word of God. The goal of this retreat is to challenge you to grow as a man in your walk with God as well as to foster friendship and brotherhood with other men of God. To go with the teaching and worship, there will be down time to throw hatchets, go mountain biking, surfing, golfing or engage in some team competitions like basketball, volleyball or laser tag.
Some highlights from last year were Glenn’s amazing messages, talking with some of the older men about Jesus around the fire pit, and the food. I know everyone’s busy, but take advantage of this opportunity to go be a man with other men for the glory of God and your growth in the gospel.
Cost is $205 (scholarship money available through West Hills)
*In the notes section please put that you’re registering with West Hills Community Church and list out anyone you’d like to room with. The staff at Koinonia will be putting together the cabins.
